More than 1800 post-its form a block – a projection screen for the
images.
What you can see are the reproductions of artworks originating
from the 1950s and created for the social housing in Vienna
(Kunst am Bau), which show the figurative representations
of workers and work. These images alternate with the
reproductions of artworks created during the same time and
for the same purpose in Bratislava.
What has been the value of work back then and what is it
today? Is the constant chase for productivity bringing us
a secure future?
